If you ask a Singaporean man what he is feeling, you'd probably hear:
1. A neutral response "I'm O.K."
2. A thought on solving a present problem: "I need to go do...."
3. A deflection into humour or hobby/interest.

But you would rarely hear his heart.

If men can't make contact with their emotions, they begin to do so many other things to cope.
And sometimes, coping strategies won't be enough.
